W, X, Y, and Z

We wrapped up our advent time with the final four letters, and since it was the week before Christmas, we kept the projects pretty low-key. W is for Wise Men and Women, X is for Expect: We read Humphrey's First Christmas by Carol Heyer and Three Wise Women of Christmas. by Dandi Daley Mackall. For our project, the girls wrapped presents with Daddy. Y is for You, Z is for Zion: We read Thank You God, for Christmas by Henrietta Gambill and The Christmas Tree Alphabet Book by George Mendoza. We picked up The Christmas Tree Alphabet Book at the library. Each letter describes a different custom in a different country. For our final project,we finished up making some Christmas ornaments to give as gifts.
